SHIPPING:
We will combine shipping when you order more than 1 coral.
To ensure corals are safe as possible for transit SPS and some LPS corals will be shipped in specimen cups (if they fit). All other coral will be (at least) double bagged with plenty of water. Then put into an insulated shipping box with packing material and heat/ice pack depending on weather.
All coral will be shipped via Fed-Ex Priority Next Day Air for 10:30am Delivery (12:00pm for Saturday Delivery).
We are not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, and/or any other shipping liability.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping companies.
We are not liable for any damages that might occur whilst your items are in transit en route for delivery.
DOA:
If a coral is DOA, please take a picture within 2 hours of delivery and message us here. A refund will be issued as store credit or refund to your PayPal or Credit Card or if I have another frag it can be replaced and added your next order. Shipping will not be refunded.
