    If a lift gated truck is required, please let us know when you purchase the item, as it is an extra $(50). If it is a Business or Residential Delivery, the freight companies charge different rates. If you need a quote, email us with all necessary info. including your zip code. Send your phone number in case they need to call you. The freight companies charge extra fees for phone calls & re-delivery. Once a shipment has been shipped, the freight company will not call you. Any special circumstances on your purchase are your responsibility to tell us prior to shipping. On the off chance an item is damaged when delivered, document on the bill of lading and to the truck driver and email us photos, so we can see, file a claim. The buyer has to file a claim & follow it up, with the Freight Carrier. But we will help you. We also take pictures prior to shipping just in case the freight company damages a piece of equipment. However it is ultimately your responsibility to file a claim and document it.

    When we ship out an item, it will be working, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Because items are pre-owned/used, they may have dents, dings, scratches, beyond our control. We try our best to list things properly.
    Pre-owned equipment may not come with manuals, keys, warranties, or spec sheets. However you can find spec sheets and manuals for many items online.
    When we ship out an item, we clean, test and make sure it's working. (We cannot guarantee the cleaning will be perfect).
    Some items we sell may state that it was working when removed from the restaurant or facility. These items are ones we did not retest prior to shipping…because we could not. An example would be a natural gas fryer. Our facility does not have natural gas lines. There are no guarantees or warranties on any item that it will be working when it arrives. Items are “AS IS” .     When you plug in a large piece of equipment, do not use extension cords, plug into the wall outlet. Compressors work best when plugged into a wall outlet.
    If a refrigeration unit has been laid down by a freight company, It must be turned in the upright position so the compressor has a chance to recover before you plug it in. Give it about 6-8 hrs. It is best to keep a refrigeration unit, upright in the truck, when picked up or shipped to you. We always leave refrigeration units in the upright position. Unless we informed you prior to shipping.
    Items might have missing parts that we do not know about, beyond our control.
    Human errors do occur when looking over and reviewing equipment.
    Some items will not come with plugs/cords, a licensed electrician, has to set that up for you. That is normal for commercial items. We try and let you know that, but sometimes we forget.

    Only the price of the item and the Original shipping price you paid will be refunded to you.
    Do not make any repairs to the Item; We will not pay for any repairs to it.
