All orders will be shipped using Priority overnight; within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment.
If you have a specific delivery date you would like to accommodate please contact me prior to making payment.
I use special containers with floats for the safest arrival of your specimen and providing you with (Please note some items are too large for such containers in which bags will have to be used.
I ship Monday-Thursday. Orders usually arrive by 10:30 a.m. the next day. More remote locations are usually estimated by 12 noon- 4:30 pm.

In the event a coral arrives to you dead or damaged please send me a clear photo within 1 hour of receiving your order and contact me immediately; with the photo.
Within 1 hour means of it arriving to you; verified from me through tracking. Not hours of it sitting in possible snow piles or the baking sun!
I am not responsible or liable for your order if there is a shipping delay - weather; shipping carrier mistakes; etc.
A store credit will be given for the items affected if the above terms are met.
Shipping is never refunded as I have already paid a lot more than I charge to get it to you.
