Steel Jitte / Jutte 15.5" Polished Chrome Finish, 13.8oz

Description

Up for sale is a 15.5" steel jitte / jutte with a polished chrome finish.  The jitte is a specialized weapon
that
was used by the police of the Edo period of Japan.
Jitte usually has a brightly colored cord wrapped
around the handle
and a
tassel
hanging off the end,
but as you can see from the photos that the one I am
selling is missing the cord and tassle.
This item was kept in a smoke-free and pet-free house.
