    Description

    Vintage Snap-On TQ-12-B TORQO Meter in its original metal Snap On box.  Definitely used but still in usable shape, and appears to be in better physical condition than most other Torqometers I have seen offered on eBay.  It does have a professional looking "G.C.H." engraving on the top and bottom surfaces.
