Florida Reef Labs DOA Policy:
All deliveries can be tracked and monitored by Florida Reef Labs which detail the time of delivery to the location selected by the purchaser. Florida Reef Labs guarantees live species up to two hours after delivery as recorded by the carrier.
Purchaser must take a picture of the inside of the original packaging (such as container or bag) and send via eBay email. If the delivery is dead on arrival (DOA) at time of delivery, then Florida Reef Labs will provide the purchaser credit or a replacement of the coral depending on availability. Purchaser will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges, but the value of DOA coral may be applied to another order for free shipping. Florida Reef Labs is not responsible for any shipping or weather delays caused by the carriers.
If buyer does not notify Florida Reef Labs within the first two hours of delivery reporting either wrong item or damage/DOA then the buyer cannot dispute charges.
Please make sure someone is home to receive the order so it does not sit outside, especially during extreme temperatures.
If this happens, Florida Reef Labs cannot guarantee the order.
We ship Monday - Wednesday ONLY
- For any orders placed after Wednesday, you may receive notification of shipment, but that is just the generation of the shipping label. Shipping will proceed on that following Monday unless it's a holiday ***
WEATHER: If local temps appear too low for shipping, we will hold the order until we feel it is safe to ship. We watch for storms and treat them like Holidays and delay shipping, so packages are not stuck in a warehouse longer than they need to be.
