In the unlikely event of DOA -Dead on Arrival-, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Please inspect the package and send us clear digital pictures of the specimen via message or email. Please do not throw away the deceased coral, we might need you to ship it back (if necessary). A store credit not including shipping* will be issue for future purchases. First attempt has to be met in order to qualify for our live arrival guarantee.
