is in excellent cosmetic condition with some minor cabinet scuffs and marks if you look very hard for it (see photos for the overall excellent cosmetic condition of this item).  Operation Voltage is from 100 VAC to 240 VAC 50/60Hz and it does come with a standard USA 120 VAC Power Cord. Device access control lists – prevent specified devices from accessing the internal network

Virtual private network (VPN) – allow remote access to the network through a secure and encrypted connection. The RK-series routers incorporate Point to Point Tunnel Protocol (PPTP) VPN.
Virtual DMZ – enables specified internal devices on the internal network to be placed outside of the firewall. This allows external users to access the device without having to access the local network.
Dedicated guest network port – The last port can be configured to be a guest access port that only allows access to the Internet with no access to the local network.
