We ship via DHL,USPS,UPS and FEDEX  which has an average transit time of 5 to 8 business days but can be delayed due to weather conditions or security issues.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eBay orders.
If there is an issue with your purchase, send it back to us within our 30 day return policy for a refund.
All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service department.
Orders returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) can lead to refunds being delayed.
Due to us offering free shipping on many of our products we do not cover return shipping in most cases and there will be a 20% restocking fee less our shipping cost.
If we made a mistake or you received a defective product please contact us and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for US customers.
If you are an international buyer please message us for our return POLICY.
All return must be in the same condition as received with no missing parts or packaging.
Please do not send it back with stickers or markings directly on the manufacturer's packaging.
Refunds or Replacements

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment. If you have requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item.
