7 Frag Coral Starter Combo

This Combo is perfect for starting out a new reef tank. These corals have been chosen to be fast growing and some of the easiest to keep. The pack includes the following:
Pulsing Xenia Coral
- one of the most popular corals and easy to keep. They are one of the only corals which move actively on their own as the polyps will fan open and closed when the coral are happy. They will grown quite large. They like low flow but can tolerate low to high lighting. It is advised to start them out at lower light levels. Pulsing xenia are very fast growing if they are comfortable. It is advised to place them on their own rock island so they do not take over your entire tank. Size: Frag, larger approximately 2"+ on 1" Disk
Trumpet (Candy Cane)
LPS Coral
- easy corals to care for and grow well in most reef tanks. These corals are generally peaceful so they can be placed near other peaceful corals. They prefer moderate light and moderate flow. Size: Frag, typically one to two heads.
Zoanthid LPS Coral
- beautiful and easy to keep. Mount these corals low in your tank as they prefer low to medium light. Zoanthids reproduce by budding. Size: Frag, typically 2 to 4 polyps (Our choice of type and color of zoanthids)
Green Star Polyp
- very fast growing and easy to keep. Many people glue these to the back glass of the aquarium as they will eventual coat the entire surface and make a beautiful moving backdrop. As these corals are very fast growing it is suggested that they be placed on their own rock separate from other corals as they will quickly over take a tank. Size: Frag, Full 1" Disk
Acan LPS Coral
- Acan coral is generally easy to care for, making it a great species for the beginning to intermediate reefer. Mount these corals a few inches away from other corals as they tend to send out sweepers to "war" against other corals. They prefer medium light and medium flow. Size: Frag, typically one to two polyps. (Our choice of type and color of acan)
Kenya Tree Coral
- These corals are very fast growing and easy to keep. They will grown quite large. They do require some flow but we do not like to put them directly in front of pumps. Size: Larger Frag 2" to 5" or greater.
Mystery Bonus Coral
