Transit times may be delayed 24 to 72 hours and while we will use every means available to help ensure your item's live arrival, shipping is at Buyer's own risk. Please note that we may delay shipment in cases of destination temperatures below 45 or greater than 90 degrees. We will contact you via eBay messaging to confirm a ship date before we ship out your animal(s).
Coral are especially sensitive to shipping. Please follow proper handling, dipping, acclimation, and placement procedures for your specific coral. Note that coral can take weeks or longer to fully acclimate to your tank and its conditions.
Please note: coral may become dislodged during shipment, but can easily be reattached or glued to plug or your own piece of rubble.

Live On Arrival POLICY

We provide a Live On Arrival guarantee for orders shipped via expedited services only and must be received on first delivery attempt. Guarantee is void once specimen container/packaging has been opened
and/or two hours from confirmed first delivery attempt

It’s extremely rare and unlikely for a coral to die in transit. A dead coral will
not
have any flesh left on its bone/base. If you see any flesh/polyps the coral is
not
dead.
In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), we require
clear
digital photos displaying the dead coral
(within
unopened
container with tamper seal visible & intact)
from different angles within
2 hours
of delivery. Take a 20 second video clearly showing the item in question and the box it was packed in with shipping label displayed.
DOA pictures must be clear with livestock in original packaging and the way you received the package.  Do not put the livestock in your tank doing so will void the warranty as we only guarantee survival during transport and have no control over your tank parameters or guarantee the survival of the livestock in your tank.  Neglecting or refusing to do so will void any guarantee.
We may ask for you to ship back the deceased animal, so please do not dispose of it.
Once the the livestock is in your tank, implied guarantee is void - no exceptions.
Credit or replacement (if available) will be issued for your next order once DOA is verified.

Returns
No refunds or returns on live purchases
We Do not refund shipping costs. This charge pays solely to get the package to your doorstep
We do not offer returns on livestock due to the elevated stress on corals in the shipping process. We use specific packing means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your live coral. While we strive to minimize stress in transit, it is beyond our control once corals have left our care.
