SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship using
UPS Next Day Air
from Monday to Thursday for next day arrival. Friday, Saturday & Sunday auction winners items will ship the following Monday.
We DO NOT offer Saturday delivery.
Processing UPS pick-ups is 1 business day after pau Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number by 4:00 PM EST.  UPS picks up for shipping at our facility is 5:00 PM EST and tracking will update when UPS completes the pick-up.

We do not frag to order our corals. All of coral frags are held 2-3 weeks before they are listed and/or sold. All frags are in optimal health when they are listed and packed for delivery and/or Pick-Up. We are not responsible for tracking your package or any questions you may have with UPS. 100% of the time they tell us to have the customer contact them instead. We are NOT responsible for weather delays, mechanical delays or missed delivery

You must contact UPS directly to resolve any of these issues.
DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) POLICY:
DOA's are rare, but in the event that a DOA occurs please email us several photos from different angles showing the specimen in the bag. Please do this within 2 hours of the UPS delivery to get store credit for your DOA item. If any photo is sent beyond the time frame store credit
WILL NOT
be issued. No exceptions. Email any DOA's to us through eBay.
We are not responsible for weather delays or missed deliveries for any reason. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR PACKAGE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING NUMBER to trace delivery with UPS - We will NOT issue a refund on shipping charges under any circumstance.
Corals need time to acclimate to their new environment. It is not uncommon for livestock to "act" abnormal when being introduced to a new system. If you feel that the coral frag is in a questionable condition and may die, please email us within the 2 hour delivery window. We will review your claim and eligibility for a store credit within 2 business days.
RETURNS - CANCELLATION - RESTOCKING FEE
WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY ORDER. IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, A 15% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES**
**In the event that we cannot supply you the coral you won and you want to cancel your auction win, the restocking fee is waived.
**There may be a 5 business day grace period before we can supply you a certain coral other than a WYSISWYG auction win, After the 5 day grace period, cancellation fee will be waived.
When you purchase from our store, you agree to not make a dispute or chargeback under any circumstance.
