UPS Next Day Air is .99. UPS Next Day Air (other) for South Carolina residents is .99.
We do not offer free shipping with eBay but we offer combined order shipping on livestock for a total of .99 no matter how many corals are purchased in one shipment!
The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your overnight Fed-Ex tracking number.  We do not require signature for delivery.  However, we do implore you to acclimate your animals as soon as the delivery is made.  The health of the animals is of the utmost importance and the longer they stay in the bag the more stressed they become but we pack our corals in insulated boxes that can withstand 48+ hours in the box in the event that a weather delay impacts next day delivery.
We do allow in-store pickups anytime during store hours. We will not hold ebay corals longer than one week.
We do not refund or credit any shipping costs for livestock orders if the coral arrives DOA - (less than 1% of transactions through our website are dead on arrival).  DOA orders must be reported the same day the coral arrives and a photo of the coral must be provided with the DOA claim.  The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping on any and all replacement orders.
Returns are not allowed on livestock.
Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday will ship the following Monday unless you make arrangements with us to ship your order on a specific day of the week.

DOA POLICY
In the event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), you will need to provide a clear photo of the deceased specimen within 2 hours of delivery.
Send an Email containing your Name, Order number (if applicable), and photos of the livestock.
Emails regarding claims must be received within 2 hours of carrier delivery or risk a void of the warranty.
Customers who file a DOA claim will be given the choice to receive a refund for the coral or have store credit applied to their account.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All Livestock customers will be contacted after placing an order to determine a shipping date.
