If there is a display rack or other item used to support the item in the photos shown it is not included for sale unless otherwise noted.
In the event that a customer simply doesn't want the item, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.  A refund will be issued upon receipt of item in the same condition it left our shop.
A word about shipping costs: Packages are packed to the best of our ability but sometimes rough handling does occur.  For this reason, orders over USD are insured.  Cost of shipping includes a quality box - we do not ship diecast cars in envelopes or bubble mailers.  Please understand shipping weights are increased due to BETTER PACKING.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, you must retain the packaging in the event that the carrier wants to inspect the package.  This is not our rule.  This is the procedure of the USPS and other carriers in certain cases.  It may take several days / weeks to resolve damaged item cases.
