I prefer to ship out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as these are best to avoid delays with FedEx.

DOA policy
: Notification within two hours of delivery with picture of DOA coral(s) in shipping bag. I understand that sometimes coral is received in unhealthy condition, but not dead, only to die soon after introducing into a new system. I will do my best to work with you if this seems to be the case. My goal is for you to receive beautiful, happy and healthy coral. To ensure this I package to the best of my ability according to estimated weather during transit and drop off as late as possible (usually between 9pm-10pm CST) at my local FedEx location to minimize time in transit.
In the case of a refund being issued, shipping is non-refundable.
