Item Description
Protect your pool liner with a softer, less abrasive Palmetto Vermiculite base. Easy to use medium grade vermiculite creates a softer base for your feet! Palmetto High Quality Aggregate Vermiculite is designed to be used as a cement base for pools with a vinyl liner. It makes it softer and less abrasive on your liner and softer for you and your guests feet. All you takes is a mix of sand, cement, and Palmetto vermiculite for a smoother, softer, but equally durable surface. Palmetto Vermiculite is a naturally inert mineral. To estimate how many bags you need, use the square footage of the pool * 0.17 to to calculate the cubic feet needed. Divide that by 4 to calculate the number of bags. Example: 20x40 pool is 800 square feet * 0.17 = 136 cubic feet needed. Divided by 4 = 34 bags needed.
