This listing ships with two day shipping (FedEx or UPS) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to anywhere in the continental US with arrival days of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. If you need a different shipping day outside of this window, contact me to discuss how we might get that done for you.
Orders must be accepted on the first attempt to qualify for arrive alive guarantee. Make sure your order doesn’t sit in the sun or in a cold environment for more than a few minutes. Coral and livestock are very susceptible to changing water temperatures.
**If your aquarium is less than 3 months old from the start of the initial cycle, please contact me to discuss your water parameters before ordering.
**If you’ve had corals or livestock die on you recently, please contact me -
before ordering
- to discuss possible reasons why things are dying in your tank and how to fix the issue. I’d rather help you diagnose before you order than have you receive an order just to lose it, too.

I include a printed acclimation guide with every order I send along with a recommendation for flow and lighting of each coral or stationary invertebrate you receive. In any order with coral, you’ll also receive a small packet of coral dip and a spot feeder. All livestock
will
also come with a drip acclimator line unless you specify you don’t need one.

You could probably find me on YouTube, too. I pride myself in helping beginners and advanced aquarists alike in all areas of this great hobby.
Arrive Alive Guarantee
I guarantee that your order will arrive alive and ready for acclimation. In the event you have a piece of livestock that is dead on arrival, please take a photo of the deceased animal in the unopened bag and send it to me within two hours of delivery so I can offer a means of replacement or refund. For arrive alive guarantee you must accept the order on the first delivery and contact me within two hours of receipt with any DoA animals. I reserve the right to refund the value of any DoA or offer a free replacement shipped with a future order, at my discretion.
Returns
Returns, when accepted, must be shipped back using the same method of shipping as when you received the order (usually overnight FedEx or UPS) at the buyer’s expense. Returns must also be shipped back in the original cooler/packaging with at least the same amount of water and layers of material as when it was received (contact me for questions about this).
Handling Time
I require up to 3 days handling time. For me to only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I have to do this or my account wont be in good standing. If you purchase early enough on Monday, I may get the order shipped on Monday, but if it is late in the day then I'll ship it on Tuesday, for the most part. However, if you purchase on Wednesday after cutoff for shipping (usually 1 or 2 PM EST) then your item will ship on Monday. This should be the way it works most of the time. I will always attempt to send your order sooner rather than later.
What should you expect when you make a purchase from ZecsReef?
We work very hard to ship orders out the next day, and in some cases the same day as purchase. However, there may be extenuating circumstances which affect our ability to ship so quickly. When you receive your package, you will open it to a checklist with information about what to look for and how to contact me in case of any issues with your order. There will also be an acclimation guide for you and a recommendation sheet with lighting and flow requirements for your new arrivals. Each package with coral will also contain a drip acclimation kit, coral dip, and a coral spot feeder. I work hard to go above and beyond for my customers/clients.
