USA made. I didn't not notice a size tag but it fits like a Men's Small / Medium. Overall good condition with average wear throughout. Very clean white and ready to wear. No bad odor. Loop Collar. Missing 1 wrist cuff button. Small loose seam section on the front pocket. The length is 27 inches long, the pit to pit width is 20 inches wide, the shoulder to shoulder is 15 inches wide, and the length of the sleeves from the shoulder to the end is 19.5 inches long.
