EGR valve simulator, blanking plates and gaskets for VW Audi Seat Skoda 2.0 TDI CR engines (Euro 5)
If your EGR valve is faulty, this can cause problems with your car. They can cause lumpy idling or displaying an EML error. The EGR valve can be removed from the engine, but this will cause and EML error as the engine driver (ECU) identifies the lack of the valve. The Emulator simulates the operation of the EGR valve, preventing the ECU to report errors.
This kit will need to have the water circuit connected together after the cooler is removed, which is not supplied. It is presumed that you do know what you are doing when fitting this kit, and what is involved.
This kit is so that the pipe that runs from the cylinder head to the inlet manifold can be removed. Access to the Oil filter is then much simpler. Also so the egr valve/cooler unit can be removed. The pipe is just unbolted, and removed, as is the mixer that fits into the inlet manifold.

Attention!
If broken EGR valve will be opened, EGR cheater doesn't works. You must then apply the blanking plate.
